Dr. Milnes received his Doctorate degree from Life University College of Chiropractic with Magna Cum Laude honors in 2002. In addition he successfully completed Parts I-IV of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

He graduated locally from Clearwater High and St. Petersburg College. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from the University of South Florida in 1996. Dr. Milnes has worked throughout Florida including Gainesville, Orlando and Tampa since becoming a Florida Board Licensed Chiropractor in 2003. He has expanded his knowledge by working together with medical physicians and orthopedic surgeons on patients with auto injuries. His experience has helped him become more effective at treating a wide variety of injuries. Active Chiropractic has been opened in his hometown of Clearwater since 2006 and is always seeing new patients who reside in Clearwater, Safety Harbor, and surrounding areas.

Since he began practicing chiropractic, Dr. Milnes has kept current on the latest treatments by attending seminars in addition to continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced chiropractic care. These certifications include: Impairment Rating for Disability Evaluation of the 5th & 6th Ed. AMA Guide and Arthur Croft's Whiplash & Brain Injury Traumatology Mod I-III.

He is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic Association, Advisory Board of Sunstate Academy and Clearwater Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Milnes is a former competitive power-lifter and personal trainer. His focus on rehabilitation, chiropractic, and drive to help others achieve their health goals allows patients to receive the best care and outcome possible.
